How We Prepare Your Korean Red Ginseng When You Request Sliced Roots
The customer ordered whole Korean Red Ginseng roots and requested that they be sliced before delivery. To ensure transparency, we first opened the original sealed product and sent photos of the whole roots to the customer.
The roots were then carefully sliced. Once completed, the slices were placed into a zip-lock bag and returned to the original wooden box and metal can, before being securely packed and shipped.

Tip:
High-quality Korean Red Ginseng is naturally very firm and dense, meaning it does not break or separate easily. Warming the roots in a microwave for 30–40 seconds can make slicing easier without affecting quality.
